RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR WATER
DISTRIBUTION COMPLEX PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received bids for
repair and modification of the paved area in the Water
Distribution Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the bids received and
determined the lowest, responsible bidder to be Jalyn
Construction Company, Wichita Falls, Texas in the amount of
$87,839.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Jalyn Construction Company for the Water
Distribution Complex Pavement Repair Project in the amount of
$87,839.75 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute an appropriate contract to accomplish the work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1988.
