RESOLUTION AMARDIIG CONTRACT FOR
RENOVATION OF STAIRS AND ROOF
AT POLIO HEADQUARTERS TO
ARTHURAKISS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
WHEREAS, the deterioration of the front steps and roof of Police Headquarters
necessitates immediate attention and repair, and
WHEREAS, Daughtery & Glover, Inc. was hired as architects for this project and
have prepared the required plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, a request for bids was duly advertised and Arthur /Moss Construction
Company, Inc. responded with a bid of $84,212.00, and
WHEREAS, Arthur /Moss Construction Company, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bidder for this project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
The City Manager enter into contract with Arthur /Moss Construction Company, Inc.
in the amount of $84,212.00 for the renovation of the roof and front steps at Police
Headquarters.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of August, 1988.
