RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE BERT-SOUTHMOOR
DRAINAGE CHANNEL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised
for bids for the construction of the Bert-Southmoor Drainage
Channel; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Terry Edwards Construction Company, Inc., who bid unit prices
equaling the sume of $189,730.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Terry Edwards Construction Company,
Inc. in the amount of $189,730.00 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1988.
