RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
CONTRACT WITH COMMAND DATA SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Police Department operates Computer Aided Dispatch,
Records Management, and Integrated Case Narrative systems with computer software
purchased from Command Data Systems, and
WHEREAS, it is essential to the proper maintenance and functioning of this
software depends upon execution of a contract for software support with Command Data
Systems in the amount of $34,950, such contract period to run from October 1, 1988 to
September 30, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Command Data
Systems for computer software support.
