RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF 1988 BUDGET MILLING AND
OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised
for the construction of the 1988 Budget Milling and Overlay
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
R -Tico, Inc. who bid unit prices for a total of $319,879.36.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of R -Tico, Inc. in the amount of
$319,879.36 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
proj ect .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1988.
