RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR LIFT STATION 22
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desires to replace a sewer lift station
and bids have been received for this purpose; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined the lowest responsible
bidder to be Opex, Incorporated in the amount of $26,577.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Opex, Incorporated for replacement of Sewer Lift
Station Number 22 is hereby accepted in the amount of $26,577.00,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for this
purpose.
