RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL STATEMENT OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED
USE OF FUNDS UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE 1988 -89 FISCAL YEAR GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has conducted Public
Hearings on the proposed use of $1,204,000 of 1988 -89 Community
Development Block Grant Entitlement funds and $39,623 of program
income, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken public comments given at
these hearings into consideration in amending and revising the
Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and Proposed
Use of Funds.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
