RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERIODIC MEETINGS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRESENTING FINANCIAL
INFORMATION AND PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL
AUDIT SERVICES ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council are inter-
ested in information on the financial status of the City
organization, and
WHEREAS, periodic meetings to review the financial
standing of the City organization would be beneficial, and
WHEREAS, there arises on occasion the need for
additional services from the City's outside independent
auditor to be furnished the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City's administrative staff will schedule quar-
terly meetings to present the latest summary of the City's
financial standing as illustrated in the City's current
financial report and additional independent audit services
can be requested by a minimum of three City Councilors. Any
request for additional audit of financial information from
the City's independent audit firm should be made to the City
Manager for delivery to the independent auditor.
