RESOLUTION NO. lo,47
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT TO RENOVATE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT JASPER WATER TREATMENT
PLANT AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE
FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Jack Peirce
Electric Company for renovation of certain electrical circuits at
the Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and has been
inspected and found acceptable by the City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the City has paid to the contractor
$22,374.00, leaving an amount due of $3,800.00 on the original
contract price of $26,174.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to renovate the electrical system at the
Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant is hereby accepted as
complete and the City Manager is authorized to make a final
payment of $3,800.00 to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF JULY, 1988.
