RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1987 BUDGET SEAL
COAT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO
THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with CYS Company, Inc. with the estimated total cost of
$89,112.68; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
$92,928.19 of which $81,284.40 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $11,643.79; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1987 Budget Seal Coat Project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to make a final payment to the
contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF JUNE, 1988.
