RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF L. J. TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN EAST
LYNWOOD PARK..
WHEREAS bids were opened in the Purchasing Office on
June 2, 1988 for the labor and materials to install an
irrigation system in East Lynwood Park; and,
WHEREAS, one bid was received from the L. J. Taylor
Company in the amount of $43,972.50; and,
WHEREAS, the amount is under the irrigation designer's
estimate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of L. J. Taylor Construction Company is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract with such contractor for the construction of said
irrigation system in East Lynwood Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of June 1988.
