RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF CITY'S AIRPORT
AND AIRWAY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1982 ENTITLEMENT
FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988 IN THE AMOUNT OF $224,500
TO SEYMOUR MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
In accordance with Section 508(b) (2) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act
of 1982, the City of Wichita Falls waives the following funds apportioned to it under
Section 507 of said Act: $224,500 from FY 88. This waiver is made on the condition
that the Federal Aviation Administration makes such amount available to Seymour
Municipal Airport for eligible projects under Section 505 of the Act.
The execution of an agreement for transfer of such entitlements for the City of
Wichita Falls by the Mayor is approved.
