RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE HAMILTON AND WEEKS TENNIS CENTERS
TENNIS COURT RESURFACING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with
Edwards - McDonald Company with the estimated total cost of $38,900.00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $38,900.00
of which $18,405.00 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an
amount due of $20,495.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Hamilton and Weeks Tennis Centers Tennis Court Resurfacing Project
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make a final pay-
ment to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 31ST DAY OF MAY, 1988.
