RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF RHODE PIPE
COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF UTILITY LINES
ACROSS HOLLIDAY CREEK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the relocation of certain utility lines across Holliday Creek at
East Scott Street and Jacksboro Highway, which bids were to be made
on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Rhode Pipe Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
$180,990.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Rhode Pipe Company with an estimated
total of $180,990.25 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contractor
for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 31ST DAY OF MAY, 1988.
