RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH JOSIE POPE FOR OPERATION OF
THE CONCESSION AT THE MEMORIAL
AUDITORIUM LOBBY
WHEREAS, it is desired to have a concessionaire operate a
concession stand at the Memorial Auditorium Lobby for events held
at Memorial Auditorium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a contract
with Josie Pope for operation of the concession at the Memorial
Auditorium Lobby for the one -year period beginning May 31, 1988
and ending May 30, 1989.
