RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF THACKER -BERRE CONSTRUC-
TION COMPANY, INCORPORATED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE LANDFILL FENCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
construction of the Landfill Fence Project, which bids were made on a
unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Thacker-
Berre Construction Company, Incorporated, who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $8,015.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Thacker - Berre Company, Incorporated with an
estimated total of $8,015.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for
the construction of said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 31ST DAY OF MAY, 1988.
