RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF MR. MISTER FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF AN IRRIGATION /SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN BRIDWELL PARK.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
construction of an underground irrigation /sprinkler system
in Bridwell Park; and,
WHEREAS, six bids were received, and it is found that
Mr. Mister, who bid $24,659.69, is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Mr. Mister is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for the construction of said underground
irrigation /sprinkler system in Bridwell Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of May 1988.
