RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS AND THE SOUTHSIDE
GIRLS CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an
agreement with the Southside Girls Club, Inc. to lease the
property at 1203 -1205 Montgomery Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and the Southside
Girls Club, Inc., whereby the City leases the property aW12 -
1205 Montgomery Street to the Southside G' s Club.
