RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PHASE B - EXTERIOR UTILITIES
(PLUMBING) AT THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
with Dipprey Plumbing and Heating Company for the construction of
Phase B - Exterior Utilities (Plumbing) at the Softball Complex;
and,
WHEREAS, the work has been completed for a cost of
$23,949.00 of which $23,470.02 has already been paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $478.98; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Phase B - Exterior Utilities (Plumbing) Project is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to mak final
payment to the contractor in the amount 44A .98. /
