RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR THE
UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM, TREES, PLANTS AND
GROUND COVER CONTRACT AT THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
with Smith's Gardentown, for the construction of the underground
sprinkler system, trees, plants and ground cover at the Softball
Complex on July 24, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council now feels it beneficial to
incorporate such change orders as are described in Change Order
No. 2 to that contract; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to do the change order
for - $10.73.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 2 to the referenced contract for - $10.73 is
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute ame on
behalf of the City.
