RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE LANDFILL SCALE PROGRAM, SCALE HOUSE
PORTION
WHEREAS, the bids were received by the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas for the construction of the Landfill Scale Program,
Scale House Portion, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined said bids and
determined that the lowest responsive and responsible bid is from
the firm of Tri-W Enterprises, Inc. who bid the amount of
$24,591.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
The bid of Tri-W Enterprises in the amount of $24,591.00 is
accepted and the City Manager is directed to execute a contract
with that firm for the referenced project
