RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE LANDFILL SCALE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the bids were received by the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas for the construction of the Landfill Scale Project,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined said bids and
dtermined that the lowest responsive and responsible bid is from
the firm of Nicol Scale company who bid the amount of $54,469.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
The bid of Nicol Scales in the amount of $54,469.75 is
accepted and the City Manager is directed to execute a contract
with that firm for the referenced project
