RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE HAMILTON AND WEEKS
TENNIS CENTERS TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for construction of the Hamilton and Weeks Tennis Centers Tennis
Courts Resurfacing Project, which bids were made on a unit price
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive and
responsible bidder is Edwards - McDonald Company, who bid unit
prices totaling $38,900.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Edwards - McDonald Company in the
estimated amount of $38,900.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the gity with
said contractor for the construction o such project.
