RESOLUTION TO APPROVE COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENTS REGARDING THE FAILURE OF A 5 MILLION
GALLON WATER STORAGE TANK AT CYPRESS STREET WATER
TREATMENT PLANT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed compromise and settlement agreements related to
the failure of the 5- million gallon water storage tank at Cypress
Street Water Treatment Plant are hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute said agreements for the ity of
Wichita Falls. t 1
