RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MANHOLE
ADJUSTMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with L.J. Taylor and Company, Inc. with the estimated
total cost of $15,508.35; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
$12,151.25 of which $10,402.95 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $1,748.30; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
