RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF B & W FABRICATORS
FOR REPAINTING AND REPAIRING CLARIFIERS AT
RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for repainting and
repairing clarifiers at the River Road Wastewater Treatment
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and B & W Fabricators, who
bid $81,950.00, is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of B & W Fabricators is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for this work.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of April, 1988
