RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 4 TO THE PHASE E -
CONCESSION AND SCORERS BUILDING CONTRACT AT THE
SOFTBALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
with Arthur /Moss Construction Company Incorporated for the
construction of the Phase E - Concession and Scorers Building at
the Softball Complex; and,
WHEREAS, changes to the original contract as described in
Change Order Number 4 to the above contract are deemed to be
desirable to the successful completion and operation of that
facility and the contractor has agreed to complete these changes
for the amount of $2,167.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order
Number 4 to the referenced contract in the ount of $2,.20.
