RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #3 TO PHASE E -
CONCESSION AND SCORER'S BUILDING AT THE SOFTBALL
COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
with Arthur /Moss Construction Company, Incorporated for the
construction of Phase E - Concession and Scorer's Building at the
Softball Complex on September 21, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council now feels it beneficial to
incorporate such change orders as are described in Change Order 3
to that contract; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to do the change order
work for $379.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #3 to the referenced contract for $379.50 is
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute same on
the behalf of the City.
