RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF M & F LITTEKEN
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE 1988 SLUDGE HANDLING
FACILITIES (WEDGEWIRE) AT THE RIVER ROAD
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
construction of the 1988 Sludge Handling Facilities (Wedgewire) at the River
Road Wastewater Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is M & F Litteken,
Wichita Falls, who bid lump sum prices in the amount of $1,244,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of M & F Litteken with a total of $1,244,800 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of this projec
