RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PHASE F CONCRETE APPROACHES
AT THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
with Johnson Concrete Construction for the construction of Phase
F Concrete Approaches at the Softball Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the work has been completed for a cost of $5,850.00
of which $5,265.00 has previously been paid to the contractor,
leaving an amount due of $585.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Phase F Concrete Approaches Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor in the amount of $585.00.
