RESOLUTION TO AWARD BIDS FOR PROJECT TO
REPAIR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AT JASPER
STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for repair of electrical systems at the Jasper Street Water
Treatment Plant, which bids were made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Peirce Electric Company, who bid a lump sum price of $26,174.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Peirce Electric Company in the amount
of $26,174.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
