RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO EASEMENT ON CITY OWNED LAND AT
LAKE ARROWHEAD TO COMMUNITY TELEPHONE, INC.
WHEREAS, on August 15, 1972, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 1335, approving and authorizing the City Manager
to execute an easement to Community Telephone Company, Inc., on
City -owned land on the west side of Lake Arrowhead; and,
WHEREAS, this easement lies along the side of West Arrowhead
Drive nearest the lake, and Community Telephone, Inc., desires
the right to lay a buried telephone cable along West Arrowhead
Drive on the side away from the lake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute to
Community Telephone Company, Inc., an amendment to the above
easement, to allow Community Telephone Company to lay a buried
telephone cable on the other side of West Arrowhead Drive, from
the beginning of the easement to� point at th i ersection of
West Arrowhead Drive and Blackfe,�t,,Trial.
