RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT 1987 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT- SANITARY SEWER AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with G & B Utility
Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $245,050.48 for certain sanitary
sewer improvements;
WHEREAS, the work has been completed at a total cost of $233,910.20;
WHEREAS, the City has previously paid the contractor $210,549.18,
leaving an amount due of $23,391.02; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the project and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1987 Budget Utility Improvement Project- Sanitary Sewer is hereby
accepted as complete and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment
of $23,391.02 to G & B Utility Construction Company, Inc..
