RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, MAYOR,
AND FIRE CHIEF TO EXECUTE A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS FIRE DEPARTMENT
AND THE SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE.
WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of the City of Wichita Falls
and to Sheppard Air Force Base to have a Mutual Aid Agreement for
fire protection; and,
WHEREAS, a Mutual Aid Agreement for fire protection
currently exists between the City of Wichita Falls Fire
Department and the secretary of the Air Force; and,
WHEREAS, a recent change in Air Force Regulation 92 -1 has
necessitated a revision to the Mutual Aid Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager, Mayor and Fire Chief are her by authorized
to execute an Agreement for Mutual Aid in Fire Prot ction between
the City of Wichita Falls and the/-Aecretary of the it Farce.
