Res 028-88 2/16/1988RESOLUTION NO. e©—Q D RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE PROJECT TO DISASSEMBLE AND RELOCATE A 1 MG ELEVATED TANK TO REILLY ROAD WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Abhe & Svoboda, Incorporated to disassemble and relocate a 1 MG elevated water storage tank; WHEREAS, the project is now complete and has been inspected by the City staff; WHEREAS, the original contract of $317,285.00 was increased by Change Order #1 in the amount of $26,000.00, making a new total contract price of $343,285.00; and, WHEREAS, the City has previously paid the contractor $338,285.00, leaving an amount due of $5,000.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The project to disassemble and relocate a 1 MG elevated water storage tank to a Reilly Road site is hereby approved as complete.
