RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF PALCO MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC., FOR INSTALLATION OF THREE
AIR CONDITIONERS AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
replacement of three rooftop air conditioners for police
headquarters; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and Palco Mechanical
Contractors, Inc., who bid $10,499.00, is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Palco Mechanical Contractors, Inc., in the amount
of $10,499.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with such contractor for the
installation of such air conditioners.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of February, 1988.
