RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUND OF OVER-PAYMENT OF PROPERTY
TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
It is found that the following property tax payment was
paid twice, and was therefore excessive, and the excessive
payment should be refunded:
Danny R. Bartel (#0880-009-0000) $3,733.70.
