RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUND OF OVER- PAYMENT OF PROPERTY
TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
It is found that the following property tax payment was
paid twice, and was therefore excessive, and the excessive
payment should be refunded:
Charles L. Dunlap (#4103-006-0000) $1 , 495.57
