RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO
THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH
METRO EXPRESS II DBA/ AMERICAN EAGLE AND THE
FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
ATLANTIC SOUTHEAST AIRLINES.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, has rental agreements at Municipal Airport
with Metro Express II and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, which leases are expiring; and
WHEREAS, the City Lessees desire to extend the terms of said leases to December
31, 1988
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that;
The third amendment to the contract of Metro Express II and the first amendment to
the contract of Atlantic Southeast Airlines, copies of which are hereto attached, are
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of
Wichita Falls.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO ATLANTIC SOUTHEAST AIRLINES
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR LEASE OF SPACE AT
WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
This agreement made and entered into this the 5th day of January, 1988, by and
between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, herein after called City, and Atlantic South-
east Airlines, hereinafter called Lessee.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental agreement dated 15 December
1986 and the parties desire to make a first amendment to said lease agreement.
Now, therefore, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. The landing fee in Article 11 of the basic lease is changed from $1.83 + .155
per 1000 lbs. of certified landing gross weight to $2.00 + .155 per 1000 lbs.
of certified landing gross weight.
2. Said lease agreement dated 15 day of December, 1986, is hereby amended by
extending the term of said lease to terminate on the 31st day of December
1988.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year'set out above.

LEASE AGREEMENT FOR LEASE OF SPACE AT
WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT -

11, hereinafter called Lessee.

WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental agreement d ate 1 October, 1980
and the parties desire to make a third amendment to said lease agreement.
Now, therefore, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. The landing fee in Article 11 of the basic lease is changed from $1.83 + .155
per 1000 lbs.of certified landing gross weight to $2.00 + .155 per 1000 lbs. of
certified landing gross weight.
2. Said lease agreement,dated 1 October 1980, is hereby amended by extending
