RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF L.J. TAYLOR AND
COMPANY INCORPORATED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MANHOLE ADJUSTMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Manhole Adjustment Project, which
bids were made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
L.J. Taylor and Company Incorporated, who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $15,508.35.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of L.J. Taylor and Company Incorporated
with an estimated total of $15,508.35 is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for the construction of said project.
