RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR REPAIRS TO 1963
SLUDGE BEDS AT RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
renovation of the sludge drying beds at the 1963 component of the River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Scales
Concrete Company, Wichita Falls, Texas, who bid lump sum prices with a total
of $51,960.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Scales Concrete Company with a total of $51,960.00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said contractor for the constructio
