RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR PAINTING AT JASPER
STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND 402 EAST SCOTT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for painting
at the Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant and 402 East Scott, which bids were to
be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Merit Engineering
and Construction Company, Wichita Falls, Texas, who bid lump sum prices with a total
of $65,300.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Merit Engineering and Construction Company in the
amount of $65,300.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said contracto
