RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR 1987 RENOVATION
PROJECT AT CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
1987 Cypress Water Treatment Plant Renovation Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is B R B
Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of $522,001.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of B R B Construction Company with an estimated
total of $522,001.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such
project.
