RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR
RENOVATION OF THE ACTIVITIES
CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for renovation of the Activities Center; and
WHEREAS, L. J. Taylor and Company, Inc. has been determined
to be the lowest and best qualified responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of $57,203.78 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract with L. J. Taylor and
Company for renovation of the Activities Center.
