RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR UTILITY LINE
RELOCATION AT EASTSIDE DRIVE AND HOLLIDAY
CREEK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
relocation of a water line and a sewer line across Holliday Creek at Eastside
Drive, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Rhode
Pipe Company, Lubbock, Texas, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
$65,974.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Rhode Pipe Company with an estimated total of
$65,974.25 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such kroject.
