RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $26, 375. 00 TO
THE WICHITA FALLS COUNTRY CLUB FOR RELOCATION
OF IRRIGATION LINES FOR THE HOLLIDAY CREEK
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to cooperate
with the Corps of Engineers for the construction of the Holliday
Creek Flood Control Project; and,
WHEREAS, Public Law 99-662 requires the City to relocate
all utilities in preparation for the Holliday Creek construction;
and,
WHEREAS, Public Law 99-662 requires the City to obtain all
necessary lands, easements, right-of-ways and relocations for the
flood control project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Payment in the amount of $26, 375. 00 is hereby authorized to
the Wichita Falls Country Club for relocation and restoration of
all irrigation lines on Country Club property related to the
Holliday Creek construction.
