RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO THE MARTA COMPANY
FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF METER BOXES AND METER
BOX LIDS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for meter boxes and lids for the water distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder is the Marta Company
in the amount of $97,470.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of the Marta Company for the annual supply of meter
boxes and meter lids is accepted in the amount of $97, 470. 90 and
the City Manager is authorized to order the items as required to
maintain the water distribution system.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1989.
