RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT JASPER STREET CONCRETE
FLUME REPAIR PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with M & F
Litteken Company for certain concrete work at the Jasper Street
Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the work has been completed, and the City staff has
inspected it and recommended that council accept the project;
WHEREAS, the original contract was for $30, 070. 00 and one
change order was approved in the amount of $268.26, bringing the
contract total to $30, 338 .26 and,
WHEREAS, previous payments in the amount of $29,731.49 have
been made, leaving an amount due to the contractor of $606.77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to repair the concrete flume and accomplish
certain other concrete work at the Jasper Street Water Treatment
Plant is hereby accepted as complete and the City Manager is
authorized to make a final payment to M & F Litteken Company in
the amount of $606.77.
