AWARD OF BID TO R-TICO, INC. FOR THE CDBG
STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Street Rehabilitation Project
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
R-TICO, INC. , who bid unit prices equaling the sum of
144, 608.85.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of R-Tico, Inc. in the amount of
144, 608.85 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1989.
