RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXERCISE THE CITY'S OPTION TO RENEW
LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH COCA COLA BOTTLING
COMPANY AND DR. PEPPER BOTTLING COMPANY
FOR SOFT DRINK VENDING MACHINES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into lease
agreements on July 1, 1988 with Coca Cola Bottling Company of
Wichita Falls and Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of Wichita Falls,
for a period of one (1) year; and
WHEREAS, said lease agreements provide an option to renew by
the City for a like period upon like terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise the City's
option to renew the lease agreements with Coca Cola Bottling
Company of Wichita Falls and Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of
Wichita Falls for the term beginning July 1, 1989, and ending
June 30, 1990, upon like terms and conditions.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of June, 1989.
